CCFS’s primary goal...
housing people living unsheltered or in other places not fit for human habitation. We also aim to connect individuals who have been living unsheltered with a safe, habitable housing solution. Additionally, we offer professional case management and housing placement services that will move residents into permanent housing as quickly as possible.
CCFS has housed over 225 parolees and reduced recidivism by 78% with the participants inside
of our program. We have a licensed drug treatment facility that deals with drugs and
alcohol and serves the mental health population to reduce the strain on our health
care system.
CCFS Sober Living Environment is pleased to support California’s Homeless Reentry Participants
in achieving their goals for improving their quality of life and reentry to society by providing life skills
training and mental and physical wellness programs. We empower the participants to turn their trials into triumphs. We have partnered with a local ministry to provide spiritual guidance and accountability through participants volunteering their hours of service and support. Participants are given strategies to implement their tools for success in their daily life experiences reducing recidivism.
