CCFS provides crisis intervention, individualized case management, needs assessment, safety planning, and psycho-education to adults and children survivors. CCFS utilizes community partners who offer domestic violence counseling (individual and group sessions) that assist victims and their children plan for a future free from violence.
CCFS provides weekly support groups to support domestic violence survivors in self-sufficiency, empowerment activities, parenting classes, healthy relationships, and a variety of children's groups. All counseling is offered in English and Spanish languages.
Housing is currently the highest need in our area since we lack local shelters, low-income housing, and other housing services. Most of CCFS domestic violence clients are in need of safe housing and additional assistance to help them along the way.
